Demetrius Consulting to suspend all operations effective Friday, January 3rd, 2020 as founder runs for Congress in PA-01
New Hope, PA - January 3, 2020 - Skylar Hurwitz, founder of Demetrius Consulting, is suspending all company operations effective Friday, January 3rd, 2020. After nearly two years of bridging the knowledge gap between blockchain developers and small businesses, as well as contributing to international DLT standards with United Nations subagencies, Skylar Hurwitz will prioritize his ongoing Democratic race for US Congress in Pennsylvania's 1st District in 2020.
The company will not immediately shut down, but rather, all operations will be put on hold pending election outcomes.
If you have any questions, please contact Skylar Hurwitz at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to January 6th. After that date, the inbox will continue to accept incoming messages, but these will not be regularly monitored.
In a closing statement, Skylar Hurwitz said, "Thank you to each of the clients who have supported Demetrius Consulting since 2017, in particular Jelurida and the ITU. It has been an honor to work with each of you and to contribute to this emerging technology. From lackluster Congressional questioning of Mark Zuckerberg on blockchain and cryptocurrencies, to the continued monopolization of big tech - the US desperately needs a new generation of forward-thinking leadership that is ready to fight for innovative solutions. I am prepared to take on that fight and look forward to winning this election."
